and copy the direct link of the file to following site. Open this

Now click on On-Line Certifier &
select your phone model and
required permissions. Then after
paste the direct link to the jar
file on the field: Enter the
address of the file. JAR (URL
http://) and click on Certify
Midlet.
The next page shows you Link to
the signed jad file. Download the
jad and jar files and copy both
jar and jad to C:\nokia \install
directory of ur mobile or simply
start .jad file to install.
Copy the exp.cer & halmer.cer to
your phone, using X-plor open it
& save it with all options!
Now open application manager
and install your .jar file!Without
closing application manager find
the installed file in the list and
under suite settings set all as
"always allowed", now you can
use opera mini without any
security warning!
